Your brief phone consultation is a chance to chat and see if our approach and services are going to be a good fit for you. It's best to send me email and set up a time for this 10 minute phone consultation.

Appointments:

  • Appointment length is 50 minutes

  • Payment methods accepted: cash, cheque or e-transfer

  • Expect to need between 4 and 12 sessions (on average)

  • Session cost: $150 / 50 minutes

  • May be claimable under extended health care benefits for mental health counselling

  • Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

  • Available in person and online

  • Wait time for appointment: 2-3 weeks

  • Open to clients across Canada

  • Topic areas: Sexuality, Relationship to body & food, Body image, 2SLGBTQIA+ and Gender Identity

  • Session cost: $220 / 50 minutes

  • Insurance receipts provided for extended health care benefits, registered psychologist 

  • Availability: Wednesdays and Thursdays

  • Online or virtual sessions

  • Accepting new clients to waitlist only (6 months)

  • Open to clients in Alberta only

  • Topic areas: Sexuality, Sexual trauma, Cancer
