MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Mindfulness is the art of paying attention to the present moment. Mindfulness practice can help you build the skills to improve focus and productivity and to reduce stress. It is also a proven treatment for problems like: sleep difficulties, chronic pain, anxiety and depression. It can also help improve sexual interest and pleasure!
